A practical overview of the information involved in the venue pilot.
Account and venue information
We keep the details you provide, your consent and saved setup progress so you can resume and we can investigate problems. An invitation identifies the pilot venue; it does not grant access to another participant’s account.
POS sign-in
Sign-in answers are submitted to the real provider through our private browser service. Passwords and security codes are not sent to the AI model or stored in the signup database. An authenticated provider session may be retained to carry out authorised setup and checks. Provider security challenges remain under your control.
Reports
Received report originals are retained in encrypted storage with source information and checksums. Receiving a file, validating its figures and proving recurring delivery are separate checks. We do not treat a configured schedule as evidence that a report has arrived.
Pilot activity
We record limited link visits, device/browser categories, approximate country or region where available, and saved signup progress. A link visit does not prove who opened it. This tracking does not record your keystrokes, passwords or security codes.
Administration and help
Owner administration requires an authorised account and an authenticator check. Contact us if you want collection stopped, have a question about access or want to discuss data removal and retention. We will explain any retained records and remaining provider settings.
